    • Very Important Notes & Links (FAQs)

    • English Translation  :
Since Indian Embassy cannot read  regional language(eg.Nepali) they mostly prefer the documents in English language so the citizenship must be translated. English Translation of citizenship is done by authorised notary office only , we cannot do it by ourself. For notary office just search 'notary office near me' on Google or Google Map. Usually it costs NRP 300 to 500(it may varies).

    • Notary:
It is the verification of document that ensures  the document is genuine or real.Usually, it costs NRP 20 or 30. The document is authorised with a stamp and the details of notary office/person is also added on the document.

    • Letter of Principal
It is a kind of letter that approve  student is a first year or first semester student of any recognised campus or colleges or university of Nepal. It is required to verify that the student is valid and got admitted in first year or semester of any colleges or campus.

    • Percentage Conversion of Transcript or Marksheet or GradeSheet
In India there is no grading system like A, A +, B+ ,etc. But the transcript or also called marksheet or grade sheet of class 12 is in grade format, so a conversion of grades into equivalent percentage is required which can be done by the colleges or schools where you had your Class 12 or Visit NEB Office at Sanothimi, Bhaktapur.Percentage Converted Class 12 is important but not compulsary. If possible then, you must try to upload.
